Electric tenders will be summited through Bids and Tenders by Feb 13 12pm local time.
To come up with plan for for lighting needs for our 4 lit baseball diamonds, Drumbo park 21 Center st Drumbo ON, Princeton Park 39 Main st Princeton ON, Plattsville Park 68 Mill st Plattsville ON, which includes supply LED lights and install with light angle for propley lite field, using existing poles, in the townships 4 baseball diamonds. We are looking for 60000-80000 lumens, 600 watts,6000 k white. 200 amp serives at 3 locations, and 1 location is 3 phase. But we are looking for company lighting plan for these diamonds as well. The Township has 20 1500 Watt Metal Halide lights now per diamond.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, Acceptance is also contingent on council approval, the Township will not be liable for cost should it not be award to your company.
